Pool not running after calling and being told it was up. Renovations been happening for months

Terrible place to stay!!! Not clean, staff are unconcerned about customer satisfaction. Rooms heating/cooling systems do not work properly and are very outdated noisy if the blower does work. Mold is visible in bathrooms. Paint and wallpaper is peeling throughout the building. Walls are so thin I could clearly hear the conversation in the next room including their sound machine during the night and their alarm system. Main lobby women's bathroom was permanently closed leaving only a men's public restroom. Ice machine did not work. Overly expensive. Due to all these issues, I was afraid to eat the free breakfast for fear of contamination. Do not stay here!! Needs to be closed down.

The hot tub was not operating and that was one of the biggest reasons we were staying. I think that information needs to be sent at booking time that it is not operating

We always like staying here for the convenience, the staff are always helpful and courteous. Rooms are always clean.

I wanted to write a better review, but there were too many issues at this hotel that brought it down. Cons: At check in there was no acknowledgement of Hilton Gold status and no complimentary water bottles given. The room had an odd smell, the shower gel dispenser had been torn off the wall, and the fitted sheet on the bed was not the correct size and therefore didn't fit (it had pulled out on all four corners and was just awkwardly set over the top of the mattress). Exercise room: one treadmill didn't work, and for the one that did work the tv was broken. Finally, the hot tub was out of commission and roped off (no mention of that online when booking hotel--and after a long day's drive we had been specifically wanting to relax in a hot tub) and at the bottom of the swimming pool there was a used band-aid. Big ick factor! I could not bring myself to get in the pool. Pros: The band-aid was gone the next morning, so there was some cleaning done overnight. The breakfast was very good. Our room was clean, nicely decorated, quiet, and the fridge, microwave and a/c all worked fine. With better management paying better attention to details, this could be a great hotel.

40 dollar early check in so I could get dressed for a wedding was ridiculous. No frig and when I asked I was told probably in for maintenance but bring your items to the desk we can put them in employee frig.NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL!

I was there for 4 days and no one cleaned the room Room needed some tlc, shade didn't go up or down, bathroom floor tiles cracked Breakfast was good

Was in town for class reunion,..was very convenient to venues
