ibis Belfast Queens Quarter

Stayed for 3 nights whilst exploring Belfast with a friend. Was really impressed by the hotel. Great location. Only 20 minute walk into the centre. Really easy check in and arrived early and was offered check in or bag storage. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was included and perfectly satisfactory. Bed’s comfortable and shower warm. Only thing that would have improved my room is a plug by the bed to charge my phone. Would definitely return.

I had such a wonderful stay at Ibis Queens Quarter Belfast! The staff here truly go above and beyond – every single one of them was so welcoming and friendly. A very special mention to Deepanshu and Badru , they made us feel incredibly comfortable from the moment we arrived. Their warmth and care really touched my heart. Being a vegetarian, I was a little nervous about food options, but the breakfast was absolutely delicious – so many tasty choices, and I never felt limited. It honestly made my mornings so much brighter! This hotel isn’t just about a stay – it’s about an experience of comfort, kindness, and genuine hospitality. Thank you for making my trip so memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family. 💛

My choice for Ibis hotel in Belfast, in which I spent an impressive night with my friends after our exhausting journey, is proved correct because of its extraordinary service with a tranquil atmosphere.

Lovely basic hotel, very friendly Reception staff on arrival who answered all our queries. Bedrooms were basic but bright and clean. Beds so comfortable! Nice breakfast each morning, not a big quantity of everything but cooked foods were replenished when they ran low. Ideal location for visiting tourist attractions.

Arrived at the hotel a lot earlier than check in stated, Saoirse was very helpful in ensuring we could get into our rooms early and helping the first day of our stay get off to a great start. All staff I met throughout the stay were very helpful and went above and beyond!

Toilet leaks. Lights keep going on and off. A/C opens itself and can be loud when it chooses. Food was sometimes not great,

Convenient location near the botanic gardens and ulster museum. Botanic train station makes it easy to get to from grand central. Good room, very clean, helpful staff the beer and pizza were better than many of the pubs we visited

All went well, the property is an ideal location, free parking is just outside the hotel. Walkable to most places.

It is a really good place to stay. Perfect rooms and an amazing customer service. You have the possibility to have breaksfast there for a really good price. About 20 min by walking from city center, By and large a really good experience
