"Good stay"

Quiet location and lots of restaurants/pubs nearby. Spacious room with ac. Friendly and helpful staff. Situated about 20 minutes (walk) from the city centre , easy access to local buses as well as the train.

"Excellent, friendly hotel"

Spent a night at the Ibis near queens last night for a concert at Belsonic. The hotel is in a lovely area so close to Botanic Avenue with many restaurants and a lovely atmosphere. Check in was easy. The room was super clean, bed comfy and well equipped. The room had really good air conditioning and was quiet. The front desk and restaurant staff (Bodrul and Deepanshu) were so friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and well looked after. Other staff were also very friendly including the manager, night barman and cleaning staff. A great hotel in a great spot. We’d definitely recommend it. Thank you.

"Little gem in the Queens Quarter"

Despite the slightly unusual frontage , this hotel was fresh, modern and super clean inside . The staff were all really friendly and helpful , especially Sinead. Nothing was too much trouble . Great value for money when you compare with other hotels in Belfast

"clean, safe and good value for money"

we were allowed to check in to our room super early, something like 9am, which was lovely. the bar downstairs has a pleasant atmosphere. all the staff were lovely and helpful. the bed was really comfortable. there was an issue with my hairdryer and the bathroom smelt a bit odd, but other than that no complaints!!

"A little gem"

Recently refurbished, this hotel has lovely staff, good sized rooms, and the best veggie sausages i have ever tasted. It is near the uni, botanical gardens, and a street full of restaurants. Only negatives were the avo and eggs breakfast (disappointing) and, my biggest hotel issue, no sockets near the bed to charge phone overnight
