Safe environment, friendly staff, comfortable bed and sufficient number of pillows. Breakfast selection overall was nice. Gym facilities were good. For runners there were treadmills and actually there was a safe area nearby (1km) to run outside in the Kololo Hill near the embassies. Also other cardio equipment was also provided in the hotel gym. In addition there were free weights and general gym equipment for comprehensive workout needs. Travel/transport services provided by the hotel travel desk were trustworthy and punctual.

The pool area and the pool was a bit dirty. The hotel restaurant menu and food could be better. I recommend that you have your dinner somewhere else since there are other restaurants in the area.
