Je n'ai pas de commentaire à faire là dessus car tout était bien, par fois très bien .

Although the hotel is situated away from the markets the offers a free shuttle. The hotel was beautiful. The gardens were impeccable. Very well maintained. There were at 3 large ponds. One had got fish and a couple of small turtles in. Plus we noticed a small harmless snake around the pond and a skink. Beautiful Another pond came to life at night with 100's of frogs. Very noisy but so nice to hear! Huge swimming pool plenty of sun loungers. 2 Pool bars. Huge lounge for relaxing at night. Overall the hotel is thoroughly recommended for ages. This was our second visit to this hotel.

Très bonne expérience globale en famille ! Au calme et les chambres familiales sont bien pensées. Mention spéciale pour le personnel aux petits soins et la cuisine excellente. Les animateurs sont très avenants également. Bref nous avons été agréablement surpris au regard du bon rapport qualité/prix

Le réseau internet mais est ce vraiment un problème

Just had a lovely week’s stay at this hotel, cannot recommend the hotel enough from the staff, cleanliness,food and drink. We arrived late at night and had a smooth check in, we were advised if we were hungry that there was food and drinks available at the restaurant, which I was very impressed. We did have about a 20min wait for the gentleman and his buggy to take us to our room as he was the only 1 who was working. Our room was very impressive as we didn’t expect it to be so big and spacious, it was spotlessly clean all round. We had tea/coffee making facilities, mini fridge and 3 large bottles of water which were replaced daily if drank.plenty of hanging space and selves to put clothes in the wardrobe and a safety deposit box which was free to use which makes a Chang. Breakfast and lunch is served in the same restaurant with waiters on hand to take you to a clean table, so no walking around for ages looking for a seat, The food was plentiful but as always with all inclusive not the hottest but a microwave is provided if required. Evening meal is served in a much nicer dining room where you were shown to your seat again a great touch and drinks were brought to you and topped up if needed. The grounds are kept lovely and tidy and with very pleasant staff. There is a free shuttle bus to take you and bring you back to the main square about 30min away which you do need to book your time slot on the app or at reception. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is thinking of going and not to be put off by any bad reviews

La restauration n’a pas vraiment de goût et rien à voir avec ce qui doit de la cuisine de Marrakech Presque Meme menu se répété chaque jour

Je suis parti plus de 20 fois dans cet établissement qui était beaucoup plus propre et entretenu avant . Ce voyage a tourné a vire au cauchemard !! Tres tot le matin les femmes de ménages hurlaient et on a du se réveiller hyper tot le matin , nous avons trouvé la chambre pas propre , nous avons oublié qq chose dans la chambre et avons appele 20 mns apres le check out , on nous informe qu ils ne l ont plus retrouvé !! Le service s est fortement dégradé dans cet établissement. Je ne le recommande en aucun cas !
