Hotel rooms are pretty and quiet.Staff are very nice and friendly.

A shame as this resort could be so much better and had the potential. To summarise: -the resort is tired and in need of some investment and a change of ways. No great welcome on arrival. We booked a room and paid double the room price on Agoda for an extra bed, which wasn't in our room when we arrived and checked in. To be fair, this got sorted quickly by an extra bed in our room. We had no breakfast included which we weren't expecting but the restaurant looked dead both in the mornings and evenings. No atmosphere onsite. We didn't feel like eating at the hotel. So many great options in central Chiang Rai. We used the pool a few times during our stay. Self service for towels. Even a fridge with drinks - not sure how that worked but no one was around to ask. No spa available. This is definitely not a spa hotel! Our shower was broken but we didn't bother complaining. Just used it as it was. Rooms were basic but comfortable. Location was OK. Outside of Chiang Rai but not a problem with grab / bolt taxis. Easy to get hold of. I would not recommend this hotel. I'm sure you'll be able to find better value hotels around.

We lived on the second floor in two floor bungalow. Bed was super comfy, linen and pillows as well, but that is actually it. Staff was welcoming as well.

This place, overall really needs renovation. Our room smelled like mold. It was probably very nice place when they built it on 2014. When we booked this property, there were said - Superior Cottage, and booking mentions "entire place", and with entire place photo was added little, pretty tiny house. We lived in two floor cottage, and in the first floor lived other people. No common facilities of course, but it was not entire place what we wanted. We asked staff why so, they said that place they gave us is totally the same as this Superior Cottage, in reality it is the same. They showed us, and yes it looked identical, but the smell was also there. We stayed in room they gave as at the beginning. In the morning we took small walk around territory and understood that here is no other tourists in these Deluxe Cottage and Cottage Suite. Territory was full of dried leaves, pond was overgrown and many broken stuff around. It looked sad and abandoned. Probably because of off season. The scariest thing in our room was electricity lightning. There was 2-3 time at night when due to functioning conditioner and rain, we saw electric lightning splash in our room. We thought that it was because of rain. There were also many ants in toilet. What was funny, there were no clothing hangers in wardrobe. If You would like to use them, you need to rent them. Breakfast was very bad. Tried one morning, and next did not go there. Photos are really nice, full of light, but it was not so overwhelming there.

In one of the rooms rained inside, but they changed the room immediately when reported. The windows weren’t very sealed They forgot to put water in our rooms when they made the rooms, but they brought them when asked The place was not well kept overall, might need some restoring done because the spaces and the location overall has so much potential
