I payed a lot more for a suite to suprise the wife The suite I got was right next to the kitchen exhaust fan which sounded like a jet engine I spoke to staff about the noise and he agreed that it was loud I asked to be moved which they said they had no more suites left I then asked to speak to a manager about my concerns to which he said the fan will turn off at 10 pm but start up again at 5.30 am so I had to put up with this he said he could up grade me but it was only for the last night I was there and I said not moving all our stuff for one night I had to tell staff the first night to turn off fan this was at 11 pm And then tell them every night from there on Management and staff spoke to me and promised this would not happen again but it did it felt like speaking to brick wall The place is very tired looking and needs repairing We had loose tiles popping Up on the floor Cockroaches in room When I spoke to management about these and showed pictures they quickly removed and cleaned up We had dirty glasses in bath room I found location was good Breakfast buffet boring and not much to choose from But I might be to picky on that Not enough seating for breakfast approximately 20 seats upstairs and about 26 downstairs for such a big resort The staff were friendly no problem there

Kind & helpful always also focused on providing & engaging entertainment for tourists at the hotel as theme night dinners & fire dances. All staff were pleasant in hellos and conversations during our stay which was lovely. Would highly recommend staying here.

Nothing was really disappointing

All was good a little bit busy in the back pool Location is great next to the Beach Room is large and in a quiet section

Breakfast was a bit boring not much change

Staff were very friendly and service was very good.

Hotel Transfer was not at the airport when we arrived and hence, we had to source our own transfer despite this being pre organised with the venue
