- the gardens are beautiful - the restaurant staff was very courteous and accommodating

- the rooms need a lot of repair: the beds and bedding were below standard and not comfortable - the furniture and appliances were too old needing urgent repair - not worth 10k a night

We were upgraded to a suite which was super nice, but there the wifi in our room only worked when close to the courtyard.
