Ranbanka Palace

Food was great and the room was very nice.

It’s a place of a cousin brother but he maintains it very well and keep the standards. The staff is good and the shop they have have good and genuine stuff . Food is good

They can improve the infrastructure

Other than the location, everything else was bad.

The Staff clearly needs training. Everyone keeps walking around you but no one would attend to your needs. The breakfast is a joke There were rats running around in the reception area!

Good heritage property, well maintained. Spacious rooms. They even had special cultural program on Dusshera night which was nice.

Food was average, can be improved. They don’t have keep luggage policy which annoyed us a bit as our flight was late and we wanted to go out for lunch and pick up our bags later.

Problem with shower , morning room service was not upto the mark

People, cleanliness, food

Reception efficiency. Housekeeping wasn’t done till evening (though the keys were given in the morning and the reception specifically mentioned it will be done right away). People at the reception are nice but their work efficiency should improve. Also, internet was dysfunctional in my wing. They offered to change the room after second follow up (it should have been communicated in the beginning).
