Room were not cleaned Services were not so good We asked for 2 rooms adjoining to each other before booking but they did fulfill our request. Room amenities were not available beforehand had to ask.

Nothing to be honest.

My experience at this property was nothing short of a nightmare. There was no hot water available, forcing me to deal with technicians coming into our room as late as 11 PM and again at 6 AM, yet the problem was never fixed. I had to resort to getting hot water from outside just so my son could have a proper bath. I booked two rooms, but one of them was missing an extra bed that I had requested earlier in the day. I had to stand at the reception at midnight, begging for something that should have been taken care of hours earlier. The whole ordeal was exhausting and infuriating. The food was absurdly overpriced, with costs far exceeding those at a 5-star hotel. They had the audacity to charge ₹90 plus taxes for a single water bottle. The lunch we had was absolutely terrible—the taste was bland and unappealing. I am filled with regret for having chosen this place, especially after falling for the many misleading positive reviews online. The internet is clearly overrun with fake, paid reviews, and our stay at this property was a complete disaster. If you're even considering booking this place after reading this, let me warn you—this place is a trap. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away.

I felt 5k for one night wasn't justified. Breakfast was also sub standard. Otherwise staff was very courteous and helpful. But i wouldn't pay 5k again for a same property

The palace oozes Old school Indian Charm. The currys from the restaurant were delicious and the staff attentive and courteous.

It was off season so there were very few guests. That is not the hotels fault, it was just indicitave of the tourist numbers at that time of year.
