Easy beach access

At the time of booking, it did NOT list that you had to pay $15 a day for parking. I only looked at options with free breakfast and free parking. We’ve even stayed here before, and parking was free. HOWEVER, upon checkout I saw that I was charged $75 unexpectedly. It now lists on booking.com that there’s a $15 a day parking fee, but this was NOT listed when I booked several weeks ago. We also requested 2 different times for an extra towel (4 guests and only 3 towels in the bathroom), and each time they said they’d have housekeeping bring one up, but no one ever did. Next year we’ll be staying elsewhere!

Overall excellent experience. Wonderful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Pet friendly with 2 kitty cats. Awesome breakfast.

We just finished up a 3 night stay here. While the hotel was great the workers not so much. On our travels back home I got a notification that we were charged an additional $250. I called to inquire and the girl answered the phone, without asking my name or room number, said it was because we were smoking in the room. Initially I was shocked and said there must be a mistake because we do not smoke but she gave me attitude and argued with me telling me they have the pictures to prove it. We actually turned around to head back to the hotel because again we do not smoke and we absolutely wanted an explanation and to see these pictures of the alleged cigarette and vape in the trash can. She was rude and condescending. I get a phone call a bit later from the hotel from a different worker apologizing that they had made a mistake… it was in fact a different room ( after I clarified with the original worker multiple times my room number and there has to be a mix up) and that they had refunded the charge. Great. Yes mistakes happen. How they handle the situation is more the problem. Now no one will give me the girls name so I can file a complaint. She has a very distinct voice and I had already spoken to her during our stay.. black girl with lighter skin, nose ring and long curly hair with caramel highlights. I feel certain corporate can figure out who she is.

Close to beach and fast elevators. And everyone was very nice.

Pillows and bed. Also carpet was dirty with black spots and one was damp.

It is in a good location. The staff was really friendly.

The free breakfast is the reason we chose this place to stay. It’s not worth it. They serve a hot breakfast but it wasn’t that good. They served cheese omelets one day, western omelets the second day. Finally they had scrambled eggs the third day which was good but then they had cheese omelets again. The omelets weren’t that good. They had roasted potatoes every day, sausage patties one day that are rubbery when you try to eat them. Chicken sausage the second day that was terrible and polish sausage the third day. Like I said the breakfast is free but they charge you $15.00 a day to park your car in their parking lot after paying $224.00 a day to rent the room. I wouldn’t stay there again.
