Always a great visit at the Tamarack!

The location is awesome right next to Twin lakes. A little rustic but as expected. Great amenities like coffee maker and grounds in our Studio Cabin. We enjoyed the live music in the main lobby and Josh and his staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable. Great Cocktails, roaring fire and live music to close out our day in the mountains. This may be my go to lodging in Mammoth.

Wow wow wow. Cozy and charming. Amazing lake, beautiful hike within walking distance. Easy drive to the ski area. I just love staying here. Already booked another stay.

Al llegar al lugar , encontramos q estaba en un lugar muy inseguro, oscuro y sin parqueadero. Al sentirnos vulnerables en ese lugar , no nos alojamos, solicité el reembolso del dinero y nunca respondieron, muy mal de parte del propietario y también de Booking

My husband, dog and I booked a modern 1 bedroom cabin for a weekend and were upgraded to a 2 bedroom. Loved everything! The location on the twin lakes is stunning. The cabin had a rustic decor but wasn’t rustic. It was clean, well-stocked, gas fireplace, big windows, comfortable king bed w/2 types of pillows, nice bathroom amenities. We had dinner on site one night and it was fantastic. A short drive to canyon lodge to ski. And beautiful long walks available right outside the cabin. Dogs aren’t allowed in the main lodge so we didn’t hang out by the big roaring fire.

This was our second stay at Tamarack, and we were once again blown away by its hospitality and beauty! Every employee has been so kind and helpful during each of our stays, we really could not thank you guys enough. The cabin and main lodge were just as beautiful as we remembered. We explored more of the grounds this time since there was not as much snow as before, and we feel like we uncovered so much more reason to keep coming back to Tamarack. You guys never disappoint, and you are one of the main reasons why we keep coming back to Mammoth! Thank you for everything!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Ross, Jeff, Chance and truly can’t say enough great things about them. During our trip, we unexpectedly got stuck in the snow, and their team came out and saved us going completely above and beyond to make sure we were safe and taken care of. What could have been a stressful situation turned into something we’ll always be grateful for because of their kindness, responsiveness, and willingness to help without hesitation. Their level of service and genuine care stood out. We already had a fantastic trip, but they made it that much better. Truly amazing people and an incredible team-highly recommend!

We have stayed here many times in cabin 15. Our family absolutely loves Tamarack. We typically eat at the Lakefront Restaurant which is fabulous. The staff is exceptional throughout the resort, and the historic feel of the property is truly unique and special. I highly recommend jt.
