Tamarack Lodge

After a beautiful day at Yosemite, my family and I stayed at Tamarack Lodge for the night. Cabin 5 was super cute, rustic, cozy and clean. We enjoyed our night very much and received the best service imaginable. The employees at the front desk at the Lodge , specifically Bruce, Kendra, Aldo, Brian, Moragh, and Dave, were very kind and knowledgeable about the area. They went over and beyond to make sure we had the best accommodations possible and made the most of our visit to Mammoth Lakes. We would definitely stay here again due the amazing hospitality these employees gave us. Thanks everyone!

Stayed with my six year old and dog. The cabin was adorable with mini fridge, oven, fireplace. On our Christmas vacation a big snow storm came in and we got stuck due to road closures and Kendra and the staff went above and beyond to move us to their sister property so we could spend Christmas with our family. Amazing customer service, Kendra stayed in communication with me and made our Christmas vacation!

We booked a luxury 1bedroom cabin with loft hosting 6 people. The cabin is super cozy and clean. We used the fully equipped kitchen for cooking an Apres ski hotpot dinner. It was so much fun and full filled. During our stay the front desk called in asking about our experience and if we need anything else. We asked for 2 humidifiers because the heater and fireplace made the cabin really dry and they sent exactly what we wanted. The continental breakfast was also great for starting your day out in the mountains. We did have a little miscommunication with the lodge regarding reservation modification. I used my Ikon pre-season discount to book the trip but we decided to push back a week. Per their policy we can’t make modifications 21 days prior to the trip but the recipient on the call promised me to make a courtesy change without additional charge. After our trip I received this huge bill saying we need to pay for the price discrepancy due to date change. However, I called the lodge supervisor and explained the situation. The staff who made his promise clearly didn’t have the permission to do this for free and they refunded me the extra charges this time. I had to have a conversation with the resort but overall it’s a pleasant experience. I really appreciate their professionalism and courtesy.

We likes the lodge and its location. The only recommendation we would have is that you absolutely do not get a cabin next to the lake. First of all, it is only a small channel, that the lodge is on and apparently it is a place that a lot of people come to take pictures. We were in one of these cabins (#3) and it was non stop cars and people and that was our “beautiful” view. In fact, we kept our blinds partially closed so people would look in as they walked around. If I was ever to come back, I would cancel if I was given one of these cabins. I have attached a cabin map for reference.

Sehr interessante Zimmer mit einem Gasofen mit Fernbedienung. Sehr gutes Internet trotz der Abgeschiedenheit (Starlink). Dieses Continental Breakfast war top.

Location and longe

Beautiful location, the cabins were so cool with an ambient gas fireplace. Bruce at Reception was exceptionally kind and attentive.
