The owner and staff were wonderful and the breakfast was exceptional.

The location was walking distance to everything in old town and the hosts were wonderful.

Small and pricey room. Very soft old mattress. Sink had to be fixed.

We love the Kenwood Inn and return as often as we can! Pat and the Kenwood team are attentive to our needs throughout our stay including the needs of our small dog. Our favorite room is on the first floor with its own entrance and porch so we easily walk the dog. The space is just perfect for us! The 3 course breakfast is always unique and tasty! We love touring St. Augustine and Pat and Allison help us plan our tours and restaurants. We plan to return for New Years to enjoy the lights on the square.

We just returned from a wonderful two-night stay at the beautiful Kenwood Inn. From the moment we arrived, Pat, the innkeeper, made us feel incredibly welcome with her gracious hospitality and excellent local restaurant recommendations. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed. The Inn's central location made it easy to walk to nearby shops and dining. We especially loved the creative breakfasts served in the gardening the charming evening hour with wine and cookies. Pat was always available to help with questions, making our stay truly seamless. Highly recommend!!!

It was a charming B&B. The gourmet breakfast was a nice touch. The staff were great!! The suite was lovely. It reminded us of Europe.

It was just odd that there was no closet or dresser for clothes. We used the hooks on the wall and that worked fine.

Amazing breakfast, customer service, and excellent accommodations!
