We had a wonderful stay! Our room was beautiful, the bed and linens extremely comfortable, the hosts were lovely and kind. And the breakfasts were incredible - like from a 5 star restaurant. Great location too. Highly recommend!

The history, the layout of the place, THE FOOD!! Also the staff, everything was great.

The only feedback I'd give is to change the description of where the parking is from "just around the corner". It's certainly a further walk than that. Also, it would be nice if the room had 2 trash cans. The larger rooms probably do but our room only had 1 in the bathroom. That's it, nothing major.

Great location! Our room was gorgeous, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was so friendly. The breakfasts were amazing, like eating at a fine restaurant!

The location is perfect. Quiet but still close to the town center. We stayed in the Bridge suit. We enjoyed having two rooms. And the toilet is in an extra room from the shower. I could brush my teeth while my sister took a shower. The shower was the best. Lovely rainfall shower and „normal“ showerhead and a hand shower with enviable water pressure. The bed was comfy and we enjoyed the two sofas (one in each room). The suite was very clean and had a historic feel, but with modern day comfort. The breakfast was more of a 3 course brunch with a starter and a sort of main course, followed by a dessert. It was very good and unusual and everyone could ask for changes, if there was something on the menu they did not like. From 8 am on one could get a good coffee (with milk, sugar or aroma syrups) in the lounge. They also have books to read in the lounge and cookies plus wine in the afternoons. Breakfast in the lovely courtyard or on the terrace was a pleasant way to start the day. We both agreed that we only had one suggestion: being older, we would have preferred cushions on the chairs at breakfast. That is the only thing that we missed. The whole staff was lovely, made us feel welcome and at home. We would book the Kenwood Inn again!

We wanted a nice, quiet place to stay in historic St. Augustine for a couple days. The Kenwood Inn was such a perfect fit. Upon arriving, Allison greeted us like long lost family. Although we arrived a little early, she told us to drop off our bags, park the car and suggested grabbing a bite to eat at a local restaurant. Fresh baked cookies at 4 pm everyday! Happy hour (wine... Need I say more) everyday! Three course (yes, three course) breakfast every morning! Allison, Pat and Barb were the absolute best with making sure their guests were taken care of from the time you checked in until the time you left. We would not hesitate to go back.

Really nice place where hosts make you feel welcome! Extra touches include happy hour cookies and wine, with coffee available 24/7. Breakfast is presented nicely, but don’t expect an overload! They will accommodate special requests ( low gluten, etc). Building is old, so don’t expect it to be soundproof. Bedding too soft for our liking. Parking in nearby camera monitored lot is a plus! Nice courtyard with waterfall provides a peaceful escape. Be aware that you may be asked for a tip- on a large bill that can add up in a hurry!

Great location- convenient yet out of the way. Hosts super nice, upscale breakfast, happy hour cookies and wine, parking.

Victorian homes not known to be soundproof, bedding too soft for us. Beware that you may be asked for a tip on checkout…
