"Top Tier Girls Weekend"

10.0

My sister and I took my mom here to celebrate her 65th birthday, and the Kenwood Inn could not have been a better pick. So many places on the internet fluff up their descriptions to seem better than they actually are, but this may have been even better than its online presence. The staff were wonderfully polite and conversational, and Saturday’s 3 course breakfast was my favorite meal the entire time we were here. (And I’m not even much of a breakfast person!!) we loved the social wine hour with cookies too. We stayed in the Caitlin Rooms which were so nice for 3 people. Each of us had our own bed and two bathrooms to split between 3 people. If I ever come back to St. Augustine, this will be my first reservation!

"Visit to St. Augustine"

10.0

My wife and I stayed two days at The Kenwood Inn recently while visiting St. Augustine. It's a beautiful Inn with lots of charm in a great location. We stayed in room #2. It's a nice big room with a super comfortable king size bed a fireplace and it's own private porch. Pat (the owner) and Allison were great hosts that made us feel so welcome and right at home. If you are planning on visiting St. Augustine I recommend staying at The Kenwood Inn.

"Simply the best when visiting historical district of St Augustine...."

10.0

Fantastic place to stay when visiting St. Augustine. The personal touch is fantastic, 4 o'clock homemade cookies, freshly made lemonade, wine, piano player on the weekend. The breakfest is fantastic, it is a three course meal cooked by a professional chef, presentation, taste unbelievable. The location is perfect everything is a short walk away, restaurants, Flagler College, main shopping, masonry fort.

"Great Place!"

10.0

Had a great time. Like most bed and breakfast inns, the place is old. It is very clean and well maintained. The owner was a gracious hostess and gave many good recommendations. We parked our car when we arrived and never got it until we left. It is very walkable to the main part of the town and a lot of good restaurants. The breakfasts at the inn were gourmet each morning. Their website shows the different rooms they have from small to large with sitting rooms. Great place!

"Lovely Getaway"

8.0

The inn’s location in the historic district made it easy to walk to restaurants, shops and museums. We didn’t need our car during our stay. Free parking was available for guests but was located offsite. Fortunately, guests could park in front of the inn before moving their vehicles. We particularly enjoyed the breakfasts which were outstanding. Our room was lovely but very cold. We recognized that Florida was experiencing record setting cold weather with temperatures in the twenties and bitter winds off the water. When we mentioned to staff about how cold our room was, they adjusted the temperature in the room and we were fine the next night. We are planning on staying here again when the weather is warmer. It made a lovely getaway.

"Southern hospitality at its finest"

10.0

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful historic B&B. Pat was very warm and inviting. Enjoyed all of her recommendations. Great downtown location, parking close by was included. Five star three course delicious breakfast. Freshly baked cookies and wine during happy hour. The room was cozy and very comfortable, large shower with multiple shower heads. Comfortable bed had the nicest linens and I was able to catch up on my sleep. The location was very convenient walking distance to all the best restaurants and shops. We loved everything about it and we’ll definitely come back again.

"Don’t hesitate to book."

10.0

The owner and staff are kind, gracious and genuine. The rooms and ambience are amazing, beds are new and very comfortable, as well as linens. Our shower had double heads and a wand with plenty of pressure/ hot water. The breakfast was delightful and gave us a nice chance to speak with others. I would highly recommend this place. Pat - thank you for the use of the yoga mat.
