Breakfast was exceptional. The B&B location was not bad; however, parking was a little far away and inconvenient

Bathroom shower was scorching /scolding hot with very slow draining - which caused a big pool in the base of the shower..

We love the location and the delicious breakfast in the morning Our hostess that serve us breakfast was a delightful lady Thank you for your kindness and your beautiful smile! 🥰

It was beautiful and felt like a home All decoration was beautiful!

I will definitely be returning to The Kenwood Inn. Everything was perfect, from the moment we arrived. The staff is so welcoming and accommodating. The social hour with wine and fresh baked cookies, a 3-course mouth watering gourmet breakfast, and beautifully decorated rooms and grounds will be a forever memory. The location was great, an easy walk everywhere and away from the center of town so a peaceful evening and rest is achievable. We are looking forward to staying there again. We just loved The Kenwood Inn!

We had a wonderful stay at the Kenwood Inn in St. Augustine. The hostess was absolutely delightful—warm, welcoming, and attentive. The location is perfect, very close to downtown, making it easy to enjoy all the historic sights and great dining. The inn itself is charming and beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend the Kenwood Inn for anyone visiting St. Augustine—we will definitely return
