The Kenwood Inn

Our family stayed at the Kenwood Inn right after Christmas (12/26-28) to see the Night of Lights in St. Augustine. The location is great...very walkable to everything in downtown, and parking is included so we didn't not need to drive anywhere. The 3-course breakfast served in the courtyard was delicious. Since we are a family of 4, we stayed in the 2-bedroom suite on the third floor, and the last flight of stairs was steep, but that's to be expected in a historic house. The rooms were clean and the location is convenient but quiet. The only issue we had was the water drainage in the bathroom was very slow. Pat, Barb, and Alison provided excellent service, and made everyone feel comfortable and welcome. We would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Beautiful inn and convenient, quiet location. Was beautifully decorated for Christmas season. Room on first floor was preferred since not able to navigate stairs well.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Kenwood B&B! Amazing staff. Great location, rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. Incredible value, we had a suite with 2 rooms and the cost was fantastic. This is a hidden secret for families that want to enjoy great service within the historic charm of downtown St. Augustine.

Our two day visit to St.Augustine was primarily to see the famed CHRISTmas lights-and they were dazzling, as we had expected. No disappointment there. However, our greatest pleasure was our stay at Kenwood Inn. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the angelic and elvish Alyssa. She took us through the totally decorated inn to our room furnished in a warm Victorian country style. She and everyone there was very helpful in making reservations, directing us to favorable shopping, sightseeing, and eateries. Breakfasts were fabulous and shared with with others, or alone if desired, in a variety of seating areas, including outside. We will most definitely be going back to the Kenwood Inn.

The Kenwood Inn at Christmas is something right out of a movie. It’s beautiful! Stayed with my two adult daughters and they loved it. Our room had two bathrooms and plenty of room for the three of us. Location was perfect. Quiet street and walkable to everything we wanted to do. Pat was lovely and generous. We cannot wait to come back next year! We learned a lot from our St Augustine Christmas week experience last year that helped this year. Make sure to make lunch/dinner reservations close to a month in advance. Lots of incredible places to eat, but many need a reservation the week of Christmas. We used “open-table.”

Rating a 5 We had a very nice time at Kenwood Inn . Definitely go back again. Breakfast was excellent served by Pat & Barb. Very convenient to downtown. Short ride over the bridge to the beach. Will go back again

The breakfast was exceptional with an added bonus of wine and delicious cookies in the afternoon. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays and made our stay feel welcomed like being at home away from home! Location was perfect to all the main points of interest!! Staff was pleasant and caring. Will choose Kenwood Inn again while in St. Augustine!!

Our visit at the Kenwood Inn was really magical. We arrived to a beautifully decorated home, all decked out for Christmas. We were greeted at the door by Pat who promptly brought us inside to check in. The home is a charmer, close to all St. Augustine has to offer. Breakfast is a 5 star culinary delight. I'm planning another visit this summer.

The location was excellent, walking distance to every. It was well maintained and beautifully decorated.

There was nothing I didn’t like. It was perfect.
