Amazing views, definitely worth getting a lake view room. Easy to get to with a car and walking distance to a very cute town with train station

This hotel has spectacular views! The staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in an hour early once we arrived. The check-in and out process was a breeze and we even left with fresh croissants! Great location to the local railway station, Chexbres Village. The view going up on the train is incredible. The walk from the train station to the hotel is a bit tough since it is mostly uphill. It took my wife and I about 15 minutes with two large suitcases, but it's totally worth it in the end!

Staff was amazingly helpful & friendly. Views are spectacular. Challenging with gps but def worth staying here. Favorite spot on Lac Leman.

Our meal on the veranda was incredible and so was the service. The staff was warm and welcoming and very helpful with suggestions and directions.

Rooms were comfortable more so than when I went to school there for 2 years! Breakfast was outstanding and dinner good. Very quite which I like !

The hotel location is great, if you book a lake side room the view is beautiful. However the room itself was rather worn. There was wear and tear on furniture in the room, the upholstery was all scratched up. I asked the front desk if they could replace it or give us a better room, she said that they have a lot of furniture like that and that they could/ would not exchange it or give us a better room. The bathroom was sub-par. There was only one main light in the whole bathroom ceiling, which did not give adequate light levels to the whole bathroom. There was a mirror above the sink, with built in lighting, however when it turned on, it gave of a very faint blue glow. I asked the front desk to check the fixture and see if the light bulb needs to be replaced. They said they will call their electrician, however when we came back to the hotel room, there was no improvement. Overall I think the bathroom was rather poor. The hair-dryer in the bathroom (attached to the wall) was old with significant wear. Also the hotel is loud, the main stairwells and hallways have hard surface, which amplifies all the sound significantly, you can hear loudly people walking in the hallway and opening/ closing their rooms. Overall acoustics of the room and hotel is poor. There was a band that booked a hotel the night before our check-out. Before 8.00a.m the next morning, we heard an instrument being played in the room (s) down the hall and could not sleep in.
