"I didn't stay!!!!!"

This hotel is a sham!! I didn't even stay there as after I booked it with Booking. Com the hotel told me they were having technical issues with the booking service and no rooms were available. Booking. Com had already taken my money. I have complained to booking. Com who have been useless as well and told me to contact the hotel itself. I've sent a complaint email to the hotel but it's been ignored. I even went to the hotel in person but was told no one was available to speak to and that someone would call me back but as yet they haven't. Then they have the cheek to send me an email at 2am on the morning I was supposed to vacate asking if I've had a good experience and then this questionnaire!! AGAIN I didn't even stay there!! Don't book this place and don't use booking. Com. They just pass the buck between them. Hence to sat I'll be taking this further in order to get my refund!

"Tired and poor hotel. No worth it for the price or location"

Location

Unclean shower head. Dirty carpet. Very thin mattress with springs through. Closed at 11pm so woken up by other guests arriving after 11pm and they had to bang the door to be let in

The view of the river

There was no hot water from the sink and the tv did not work. The bed was very uncomfortable and most of the furniture had seen better days.
