"Exceptional"

2nd Stay here. Best location in Lamai. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms clean and tidy. Great balcony on 2nd level. Will stay here again.

The resort is nice, the staff are friendly and welcoming. The resort is located right on the beach with many sun lounges available. The breakfast selection is quite minimal, not a very wide selection like i have experienced in other hotels. I stayed in a standard room, the room is very dark and outdated, quite small and has a strange musty smell to it. Bathroom is quite small but the bed was rather comfortable. I think the rooms need a little updating, furniture is very old and drab looking and not much effort put into it. For the price though it is good for what you get.

"It was ok"

The rooms are outdated and very small they have a musty / dank smell. Needs serious updating Breakfast is very limited The staff are pleasant. Make sure you are equiped with bug spray as resort grounds are covered in plants and trees which attract a lot of mosquitoes and bugs.

lovely grounds, friendly staff, rooms are basic but clean, a phone would be handy, shame the restaurant closes at 6pm because the food was great, pool small and needs pool rules displayed to avoid some guests spoiling the experience for everyone else, lots of pool lounges, beach clean, plenty of restaurants nearby.

"Nice hotel "

Hotel was nice and close to the beach, not too far from the ferry ports either. Nearby streets have plenty of nightlife and shopping. Beach was decent in area kept fairly clean waters were a little rough for being on the eastern side

"Excellent"

The staff are very good and friendly,the position on the beach with a nice pool and the lovely breakfast terrace are all to be recommended however the rooms and bathrooms now need to be updated as Lamai is changing regarding its clientel.
