Heritage Village Resort & Spa Goa

During our recent family vacation, my worst nightmare came true. On checkout morning, I suffered a sudden heart attack. As I was rushed to Goa Medical College for an emergency angioplasty, my wife and I were gripped by a second terror: our daughters (aged 9 and 1.5) were left entirely alone at the resort. That is when the team at Heritage Village became our guardian angels. Anne Ma'am and Divya (from the Rumpus club) took our daughters under their wings for the entire day. They took care of every single need—milk, meals, and keeping them safe and happy—with so much love, and refused to charge a single penny. Their care didn't stop at the resort. They called daily to check on my recovery. And when I desperately needed an isolation room at the government hospital, Heritage Village stepped in again, sending Sister Hazel to arrange it within 15 minutes. Place is awesome! Amazing and welcoming staff!

Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Considering it was a Friday, the room rate was exceptionally high. I also paid an additional ₹1,500 for my pet, yet he was provided food only once, and there were no other noticeable pet-friendly amenities. The room was very small, had an unpleasant smell, and the bed for the third guest was merely a sofa, making the space feel extremely cramped and uncomfortable. Overall, the stay did not justify the price charged and fell far below expectations.

Super freundliches Personal, tolle Anlage, nah am Strand und gute Vibes. Ich war mit einer Freundin vor Ort die leider schon etwas krank angekommen ist und das Personal hat ohne Probleme einen Arzt organisiert und sich auch um die benötigten Medikamente gekümmert. Ich kann das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen

Bathrooms could use renovation

Top class service by every department from front desk to restaurant to house keeping with a personal touch. It was a wow experience be it uniquely designed rooms, clean swimming pool, awesome choice of Indian, ASEAN and western food. Beach is just a few metres away which felt like a private beach. They even offered us a room to freshen up and change in the evening since we had checked out at 11AM and went out for day tour. I would like to recognise Anne, Ganesh, Lovelita and Nelza for their outstanding hospitality and care. Overall a 5 star experience and one of our outstanding experience in recent times.

Resort location is amid a goan village. Surrounded by nice bunglows. Just 100 meters and you are on a clean and nice beach. Staff here is amazing and helpful. Both dinner and breakfast spread is widespread and delicious. Rooms are big with all the necessary things. Best is the pool of resort located centrally and with a bar. Overall a perfect resort for family.
