Everything on third hotel, was great!

Rooms are really clean, front desk staff is very friendly and very helpful.

The elevator was broken and we had 3 elderly guests. One of the elderly guest had just had knee surgery and we weren’t told about the elevator until we had already booked the room. The place was not clean. Very disappointed.

I was greeted with the news that i had a third floor room and that the elevator was inoperable and had been for quite some time now. I asked about a low floor room and was informed that it was a full house, no extra rooms. I could have thrown a handful of rocks any direction in the parking lot and not done much damage, but okaaaaaayyy. When I got upstairs to RM 309 the key worked, but the door was difficult to open (I'm a big guy with no shortage of strength). Once opened, the new challenge was to close the door. I had to lift it to overcome the failing hinges, and then the inside lock was inoperable. I was exhausted from my day, and decided to chance it since there were "no other rooms available". Upon waking, I wanted coffee. I was rewarded for my efforts with a coffee maker that spit boiling water out the top of the reservoir all over that side of the bathroom. I cut my losses, showered, and left without chancing the breakfast. It's my pservation that this property has experienced a gradual decline since I started using it three or four years ago. The rates have increased while the hotel has begun to deteriorate. This was probably my last stay.
