The room was nice

Clean, decent bed, good hot water and pressure. Hot tub out of order, elevator out of order

the elevators didn't work my whole stay. smelled like weed in the hallways. would not stay here again

It’s clean & convenient. I was booked on the second floor & the elevator was out. My husband was injured & could not use the stairs. They were able to change our dim to the first floor. It was greatly appreciated. They could improve breakfast.

They have bed bugs in the room. I never got bite by those in my life before. So, I let those bugs bit me for 10 days. The hotel said I BROUGHT THOSE IN！！！！！and didn't give me any refound or compensate. DO NOT STAY THERE

Clean Rooms and nice staff.

The elevator on the property was out of order. When I made the reservation online, I was NOT given an option of smoking or non-smoking room. The guest attendant NEVER offered another room as I don't smoke. Upon check out, I was told that the default was smoking when there is no non-smoking rooms available. I'm not sure this is accurate. I will never stay at this property again.

Person checking us in as very helpful. Elevator was not working, husband is handicap and uses a walker after having a. Stroke. Front desk found us a very nice room that was an upgrade.
