The Royal Sonesta Chicago River North

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We are currently staying at this hotel and have had an amazing experience so far. The room is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, and the view is absolutely stunning. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and has exceeded our expectations. The staff has been incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Antwonne, who has been especially helpful throughout our stay. He is friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to assist with anything we need. His outstanding customer service has made our experience even more enjoyable. We are thoroughly enjoying our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience!

Antwonne was very helpful and courteous when we got to the hotel and he grabbed our luggage. He's an asset to the hotel.

Antoine was absolutely amazing went over and beyond to help us check in got our bags was so just hospitable. Thank you so much Antoine because of you. I willcome back to this location again. God bless you.

Pool

I have been trying to get an invoice for a week. When I checked out, it was impossible to find a receptionist at 6am. When I finally did, he emailed a blank invoice. When I saw the mistake, I couldn’t reenter the hotel because they’d left the desk and I didn’t have a key card. No one would answer the bell. All my requests for an invoice have been ignored and this is a business expense. Please, please, send me an invoice.

The decor and the friendly staff especially the bell hops! Great happy hour. Luggage storage for early arrivals and late departures.

Only two elevators for all the floors for this size hotel but wasn’t a big ordeal.

My husband and I stayed at the Royal Sonesta River North for a few days. The hotel is nice, but the real gem was our Concierge, Spiro! He is fun, funny, and knowledgeable. He kept us on course with the best restaurants, must-sees, and must-dos. We’ll definitely come back because of Spiro’s impeccable service and friendliness!
