El whirlpool estaba fuera de servicio y no me lo informaron al momento de hacer el checking. La piscina estaba sucia así que tampoco se pudo usar.

From the very start, I knew that my experience here wouldn’t be great at check-in. I met with the lady named Evelyn who not only had a little bit of attitude, but was also on the phone the entire time that I was checking in and the two other people in front of me were checking in not once did she hang up her call! After I walked away and went up to my room for a few and came back down to go for dinner she was still on her phone in the back office laughing it up when she saw people come up to the front desk is when she popped out from the back, I sat in the lobby for a while while I waited for my Uber. She was in and out of the hotel still laughing and giggling on her phone. Must’ve been a great phone call if it lasted that long. Nothing really changed after I had dinner and came back because she was still there with her AirPods in her ear on the phone. The next morning was decent. What can you expect from hotel breakfast? I will tell you though the service was excellent they were kind and so was the room service ladies. The two days that I stayed there, I was constantly asking for towels being a pain, but they were so sweet about it. The bar had a small selection of drinks available, but that wasn’t n my issue. I just can’t get over how rude the front desk is at night your morning crew at your front desk was amazing kind and courteous. It’s just your night crew that needs some fixing. the rooms are very clean And the hotel is quiet itself. This was a work trip and I’m glad it wasn’t a trip for pleasure for me and my family thank you to your morning crew for at least making it somewhat of a decent hotel stay please let your front desk night crew know that it’s not professional or even nice to be on the phone with checking in guests

The staff was pleasant and the property was neat and clean. You could tell that the staff and management care. The only thing I wish was posted was an sign asking guests to be quiet in the hallways after 11pm.

Good stay. The room was comfortable and it was convenient. The breakfast was awful however. Very little variety, the eggs smelled bad, and the coffee was poor. This type of breakfast is typicallly included in 2 star hotels. Seriously. Also, when did they stop giving out cookies?

Pet price is excessive. Most other hotels dont up charge or have a reasonable up charge for pets
