"Central Location, Good Value for Money."

Central location, super close to the Sunegga Bahn. Room was spacious and light, good value for money. It served the purpose for a girls trip during zermatt unplugged.

There was an occasional sewage smell coming from the toilet and the bed was squeaky. Breakfast was basic and not fresh- the bread rolls were so hard that they were inedible.

Location, balcony and high ceiling. Generally clean.

Staff/owner attitudes. Creaky and old beds. Empty pillows. Creaky bathroom door. Room different than photo... Not sure about soundproofing either....

"Loved this place"

What a great hotel! Everything was perfect for a boys trip for dad and 18 year old son. Great location close to the main shopping area and lifts but also a nice quiet spot. We’ll be returning next year with the rest of the family. Thanks for everything.

"Extremely comfortable stay in Zermatt"

Breakfast was an amazing buffet - the cheese table was astounding, filled with local Zermatt and Swiss cheeses.

"Ski break"

Good location and quiet area of town. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Ski room at the entrance to the hotel so well located. Great breakfast from 7.00am. Staff excellent and very friendly. Would definitely stay again.
