The room was cool on a hot day. The beds were comfortable.

Local to town ctr

No lift, never asked our age or physical ability. Room was on top floor at first but could not manage stairs, fell at the top of the second set. Asked to be moved but were now located next to wedding reception. Very lout and toilet door continued to bang until 0300hrs. Sealant around the bath disgusting and need replacing. Non slip floor in bath was not non slip so no shower. Will not be staying here again

Great location good breakfast

Very noisy until 12pm then excessive noise outside until 2pm. No air conditioning in the room.

Windows were screwed shut on hottest dat of year then then it rained and had thunder n lighting the hallway roof gave in a leaked water all over then at 11.30 the fire alarm was going mental the bed was like a brick

Historic building. Friendly and helpful staff.

Staff always on hand to help. Good service in restaurant. Very convenient fir station, town centre and buses.

Would have liked blinds on the window. Had to keep the curtains drawn to ensure privacy which meant had to keep the light on at all times.
