The George Christchurch

Incredible hotel with amazing service ( kind and very helpful). Very tired after drive from lake tekapo to christchurch. Little touch at the room we got 2 teddys for our stay. The location was amazing and the room was very comfortable, Clean, modern, spacious. They also give apples on near lift and lobby ! Great dinner at this hotel and breakfast was amazing. The best hotel at this NZ trip and never forget about their services

We have always enjoyed staying here. It is consistently good with the rooms maintained well, excellent service and great cuisine. The place knows what quality is all about and what the discerning traveller requires. Any request is respectfully actioned by the helpful concierge, Mark and Brian. Have the nod from these delightful chaps and you can wear the same shirt for a week! We are looking forward to staying again in a few days time. Well done Team George!

The hotel is in an excellent location, with good environment, facilities and services. Friendly staff, convenient parking, and easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommended.

Best location, close to Hagley park and the city. Service is amazing, room sizes are good. I always feel at home in the hotel.

The bedside light switches too high to reach and find at night pillows soft rooms and bathroom clean bed comfortable room temperature too hot

Long time since we have stayed here and it was great to be back. From the initial greeting all the staff were very friendly and helpful, good bar , great restaurant and all very cozy on a cold winters night , beds were comfortable and rooms warm and quiet, we will definitely be back.
