Ryde Castle Hotel by Greene King Inns

In one word "excellent". Overall stay was great. The staff were very attentive. I had an early work start, too early for normal breakfast. They brought in a staff member slightly earlier so I could have a continental breakfast, brilliant. Would love to stay there again if it wasn't booked up. So convenient for town and right next to the beach. Minor points that didn't bother me but to point out. Windows single glazed. Wooden frame and some slight damage. Didn't bother me though. 👍

Very well managed by shaun the manager, property is a bit dated but ok staff were good and friendly, breakfast wasn't very good but an evening meal we had was fantastic

Being on the cusp of Christmas the hotel was tastefully decorated and felt very special. Our room was perfect the food was great and the staff amazing Would definitely stay again!

Lovely old Hotel but like a lot of old places it must need constant repair. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely go back another time.

Our stay was just as expected: enjoyble, relaxing, confortble long break away from the caotic everyday routine in the city. Excellent customer service ready to accomodate your request.

It is an older building which is very appealing although sonetimes it means areas can look a little tired.

Nice pub with hotel. Good having the on-site free parking. It’s on the main road opposite the beach, had a nice view. Near the hovercrafts, so was a little noisy. Breakfast was good and the evening meal in the pub. I would stay there again.

Weather was on our side, our room had everything we needed. Restaurant chairs badly stained. Breakfasts not brilliant. First night dined in quite disappointing one meal sent back, however staff dealt with issue and taken off our bill. Ate elsewhere after that. Location great room little bit pricy we thought..
