Ryde Castle Hotel by Greene King Inns

The first night was not pleasurable for my husband with the noise from kitchen fans and fridges below. The bath had fragile stickers on it and my husband was concerned about his stability. Staff were wonderful and moved us next day to a lovely room overlooking the water. Staff in all areas worked constantly and efficiently, they should be commended. Management need to attend to maintenance issues as they could have an insurance claim against them if someone hurts themselves due to lack of repair in key areas.

Nice location and hotel

The hotel is 'tired' and needs refurbishment. The wi-fi was the worst I have ever experienced in a hotel. However the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very enjoyable stay. Staff were excellent, really friendly and hard working. A good location and will definitely stay there again.

We have spent a lovely 3 days at the Ryde Castle. Our room was very comfortable with a great view overlooking the solent. All the staff were incredibly friendly & helpful and the hotel has a nice relaxed atmosphere. The breakfasts at the Ryde Castle are delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Although we didn't eat in the restaurant at night, we definitely will do next time as the food looked very good. Hope to have another break here later on this year as we really enjoyed it!

Hotel was lovely, clean and comfortable. The room was very nice with a lovely sea view. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We are booking again in the summer.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay , staff are lovely and nothings any bother, room was lovely and breakfast was really good plenty to choose from it was a real treat

We arrived quite late and booked last minute, the lady at the reception was so nice and friendly and couldn't have been more helpful, we ate in the pub, and had breakfast both of which were good and value for money and again really friendly and helpful staff, Lovely view, big old room and comfy bed. all round very good stay.

Loved this property, very friendky staff and excellent location

Great place to stay and good transport links and a short walk from both the beach the park and the high street. Can't fault any of service from the hotel really friendly staff and really nice food
