Th provision of a loo brush. I mentioned this to reception, but was told they were not allowed to have them - health and safety. This is ridiculous. It would be a lot less healthy for me to clean out the loo - which was imperative - but I don't travel with Marigolds and I certainly wasn't doing it with my bare hands.

Going on the experience of a light meal the previous evening we chose to go elsewhere for breakfast!

£8.50 for chorizo and 3 tasteless prawns in processed tomato sauce was excessive!

The location in the high street is great with a car park at the back. I had a comfortable room on the top floor at the back of the building. It was quiet. Reception staff were very helpful. I had an evening meal in the pub downstairs which was nice.

I was glad I was on the 2nd floor - it’s an old building so the floors are very creaky!
