Hotel Kokoro Mineral Hot Springs

Main complaint: the bed and pillows. Need replacement asap. The rest seemed like a great value and the food was excellent!

This property was beautiful and very well kept. We had the most beautiful view of the volcano from our balcony. It was so peaceful to wake up drink coffee in the balcony while listening to nature sounds and my views is the volcano. Then go jump into a natural hot springs. The restaurant was delicious

Inexpensive, nice staff. Property structures in need of an update. Otherwise it was fine.

We loved this hotel! 12 minute drive to town. Worth it for the fantastic gardens and scenery. We saw Toucans, a sloth, and countless birds while on property. The pool and hot springs are fantastic and breakfast was great. Rooms are a bit older but everything was clean enough, especially the bed and the bathroom. Very helpful staff. Would stay here again. Also excellent volcano views!

We loved our stay at Kokoro. It is an older resort with 3 hot spring areas. The spring is 300 meters underground so the water is pumped up in the early morning. This makes the first pool extremely hot but the 2d and3d ok. Later in the day the first pool is perfect. There are several guest cabins ours was spacious with a view of the volcano from our bed! Restaurant on site served buffet breakfast - included but you could also purchase lunch or dinner. The meals were simple Costa Rican fare and good.

A beautiful property with kind and knowledgeable staff, hot springs on site, and many creatures to see! Close to nature and adventure tours and private cabins also afford a quiet and private visit. Thanks for a great visit, Hotel Kokoro!

Wonderful hotel. Very much feels like resort. Beautiful flowers and ground. Hot pools were great. Only drawback - During our stay there was very loud construction next to our cabin all day.
