Great B n B Felt like family!

The hosts, Ricki and Dov were what really made the stay most memorable. The property is lovely and relaxed and casual in a very familiar way. Both Ricki and Dov, besides the great breakfasts they served, were so informed and informative in guiding us with a great itinerary of how to best make use of our time in Safed. And, it turns out that a cousin of mine who I haven't seen since were kids, also had stayed at the same property, and held much the same opinion. Thank you again, Ricki and Dov.

I first stayed here in 2008, and loved it so much I came back 9 years later. This will forever be one of my favorite places in Israel. Safed (Tsfat) is a quiet city known for its history and tradition; this B&B helps one truly embrace the solitude, quiet, peace, and rest that one seeks in a spiritual place like Tsfat. The B&B is not in the city center, but a few miles uphill, so be prepared to walk or drive to see the old city. I prefer the walk because it is so beautiful, but it is several miles and uphill on the way back to the B&B, so keep that in mind if traveling with the elderly or children, especially in the summer heat. The B&B itself is beautiful, with clean rooms and well-kept gardens, and an absolutely gracious and welcoming couple who run the business. Expect personal treatment, people who remember your name, and an outstanding breakfast (choose the Israeli breakfast option! Multiple homemade jams, spreads, cheeses, breads, you name it - I tried everything!). This time I stayed only one night due to other commitments, but wished I could stay for a week.

Extremely welcoming and open to answer any and all questions. Offered great recommendations for a day trip, places to eat etc.

The owners/proprietors are absolutely delightful and accommodating. However, the room was sparse, dated and the bathroom was uninviting.

Terrific hosts who have a warm and inviting approach to making their guests at home. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

RIKI, THE PROPIETRIOUS WAS VERY HELPFUL. SENT ME AN E-MAIL WITH INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO FIND THE INN. THE GENERAL OUTDOOR AREA IS QUITE LARGE. ATE DINNER OUTDOORS END OF FEBRUARY, LISTEND TO THE WATER FOUNTAINS, VERY PEACEFUL. DEFINETLY RECOMMEND.

We had an excellent stay warm and helpful hostess. Very comfortable room spacious and cosy :) could have stayed there for a week.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed Riki and her husband and their openness and hospitality. The grounds were absolutely beautiful with so many nooks and cranny areas to enjoy. The Mediterranean Breakfast was incredible with all the homemade jams, cheeses and breads! We loved every minute and absolutely cannot wait to come back again!
