Some staff Perfect - Specially 1 men this Morning very unfriendly - no greeting - conversation unfriendly - no mr. No sir - just ,, kailer ,, …. Had a wonderful stay at this property! Every unit has a beautiful view! The staff is friendly and the property is well taken care of. The beach is beautiful and when you get tired of sand you can sit by the pool and listen to music. This is a great timeshare property. Andrea in sales can help you through the process to understand how you can be an owner . She is super friendly and easy to speak to. My family loves coming here. Thank you for another beautiful memory!

Proximity to thr beach and activities on the property

We had the ocean front vila amazing and beautiful especially the views Perfect! In my opinion I think that beach Amenities and parking should be free.. Overall the property is very nice and right on the beach. Big plus

Extremely disappointed with this hotel. Paid for ocean view and didn’t get it. Gave some excuse about it being a time share. Room filthy Shower had only a curtain so floor got all wet. Zero power in the shower. Covered drain in the middle of the bathroom floor. Had to take out our own trash no housekeeping done and in our second day. No fresh towels. Will not be returning

Arrived at this property early as my husband had to take my daughter to emergency for swimmers ear. I was greeted by Eduardo the rooms manager. I haven't been back to this property in years but the amenities have improved greatly. The restaurant has more options, there is a bbq area and there is so much more activities. But for me it was checking in with Eduardo. He went above and beyond.
