Marriott's Oceana Palms

I went for a night with my family. We found hotel staff to be very friendly and the hotel very clean. Our 2 bedroom suite was updated and beautiful. The kids loved the activity room, outdoor games and pool area.

Only one so called Grill Restaurant with very limited over the counter offer. Food and drinks were mediocre and the music was way to loud.

The hotel is very clean. There are workers making sure everything is clean and organized throughout the hotel.

The food is not very good at their restaurant. The beds are super soft so thats - good for people who like soft beds. If not (like me) the fold out couch was much more firm.

The staff within the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were perfect for our family, we played games and swam in the pool. The Pool was a decent temperature, being slightly heated. Access directly to the beach was amazing! Our villa was in the sunset building room 2102 we had a side sea view with a city and river view too! The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable, our 2 children were very excited they had a double bed each to themselves. Very happy with our stay!

Clean, lots to do. Nice pool and beach area!! Super nice staff, we will be back!!

Everything was as stated, pictures were spot on, room was immaculate.

Room was amazing , view was great , i love having a kitchen so i can cook breakfast or dinner ect. And not have to go out all the time. Only thing that sucks is they have 1 elec charger for an EV and more thab 1/2 their outlets in the car garage were locked so i had to ask a staff member to unlock one so i could charge my car.

I arrived at 3:10 told my room would be ready very soon and I would receive a text. I sat in car for an hour and a half. Heard nothing. Finally had to return to the front desk at 4:45 and was told it's still not ready!!!!!! I can understand if 100s of people are checking it but NO ONE was there!!! 15 minutes later he finally handed me some keys. The room was beautiful but we didn't sleep all night because no one secured the deck furniture and it slid across the decks on our room and all the rooms around us ALL night!! It was a terrible experience. Bungee cords are cheap. Stop being lazy and secure deck furniture if you are getting wind like that. Again unacceptable for $500 a night!
