Rio Serrano Hotel + Spa

This hotel is amazing! Everything from checking in to checking out went smoothly. The staff that works here is incredibly kind and helpful. The excursions that are offered are also incredible and well planned out. Despite being at a hotel in Patagonia, they do a great job of making you feel incredibly in touch with nature and the region. The food at both restaurants is also very versatile and delicious. Would come back here in a heart beat.

This hotel is beautiful, great views, good food and wine and great facilities and location. Rooms are spacious, sound proofed and well appointed. We would return with some caveats - some things in the hotel are wildly overpriced so here are some tips to avoid getting ripped off: 1. Bring your own trekking poles or hire them from Puerto Natales, this applies for most hired equipment from the hotel. For example the hotel charges 40 USD per person per day to hire trekking poles but they’re 5 USD hired from Puerto Natales. 2. Packed lunches are very expensive 30 USD per person. In Puerto Natales you can buy this at the supermarket for very cheap or even just take it from breakfast (discreetly). 3. There is no petrol station nearby! So make sure you get a full tank in Puerto Natales if driving and even get some Extra if you can. The hotel charges 4x the price for petrol! Do this and you will have a great time :)

Excellent staff - helpful and friendly. The mountains view room is spacious and the views are stunning. The ground around the hotel is good for leisure walking. The hotel is good balance between price and access to Torres Base.

Loved Rio Serran Hotel and Spa. I would 100% stay here again. The whole place just felt tranquil in such a serene setting and with beautiful views. The staff were so attentive and amazing. We stayed with the all inclusive package, which was great to no have to worry about anything. Great place!

Great staff especially the staff from the bar and restaurant. Swimming pool can be a bit warmer since the weather is still pretty cold.

Rio Serrano Hotel is set in a truly stunning location—without doubt one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited, and this was country number 66 for me. The hotel itself was excellent: clean, comfortable, and supported by a team of genuinely helpful staff. The view from our room was simply breathtaking, and we were honestly devastated to leave after just four nights. The on-site company, Massif, was fantastic. For first-time visitors, I highly recommend booking with them if you’d prefer not to organise your own activities. Their tours were well-run, informative, and a great way to experience the area. We’re already planning our return—this place is too special not to visit again.

The hotel is 10/10, the rooms are comfy, clean have an stunning view. The food is very tasty, we had Calafate Sour cocktails is a must try. The Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient.

We spent 6 wonderful days in the hotel Rio Serrano and it was so relaxing. The stuff is so care taking and making each your wish possible. Food was amasing and the best one we had in Chile. Breakfest was excellent and you can noticed that the ingridiens are the best you can offer. Room with the view on Cuernas is the separate story and we enjoy sitting in front of the big panorama windows in big chairs. SPA is also so relaxing after having a ful day of activities organized and done by the Massif. In short it is must stay hotel

Rio Serrano is perfectly situated in Torres del Paine national park with beautiful views of the Paine mountain range. With full-board and all-inclusive options, the hotel is a great option for visiting Patagonia. You can book tours directly at the hotel. The rooms are spacious, well designed and many have stunning views. The food at both the cafe restaurant and fine dining restaurant offer delicious locally sourced cuisine. This was one of my favorite experiences in Patagonia
