Rio Serrano Hotel + Spa

Everything was most perfect in every way. The resort served a huge breakfast buffet; a food menu was available in the bar area, and we had delicious dinners. All of the staff was extremely helpful, professional and polite. Our bedroom was super clean every day. Everyone was very personable, and it was a fun experience! Thank you for making my trip the best ever!

Rio Serrano Hotel was a well run, comfortable, classy hotel. It is very convenient to the Torres del Paine National Park with incredible views! The hotel had all kinds of activities for exploring the area, the restaurant, spa and bar are all top class. We totally enjoyed stay!

We stayed at Rio Serrano for five nights in conjunction with the Patagonia Running Festival. We were with a group, so the service we received may have been slightly different than a "normal" stay, although I don't think so. The food was excellent and the service was great in all respects. We used the pool and went horseback riding. The location is good, but requires a drive to any of the Torres del Paine hiking spots. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Great hotel. Fantastic food. Clean rooms. Perfect location. Great tour options. Delicious wine! I highly recommend this place. It’s at the edge of the national park which is the main attraction. The views are breathtaking!

Excellent service. The staff are unbelievably attentive and friendly. The views from our room were stunning. The location is very remote if that is what you are looking for. Spent our time relaxing and hiking the beautiful area

Stayed 4 nights and this is an amazing way to experience Torres Del Paine. We’d spend hours just staring at the view from the hotel. But it was also so easy to access the various hikes and sights of the park. The food was consistently good (some of the best we had on our trip through South America) and the staff was so friendly and professional. On-site trekking company meant we always had the choice to do something, although we had a car so could venture off on our own too. Hopefully we’ll be back.

Best hotel we stayed in Chile

I cannot recommend Rio Serrano highly enough! An absolutely incredible place to stay in Torres del Paine. The atmosphere is cozy, comfortable, and wonderfully relaxed. Views of the Torres del Paine massif from the hotel restaurant and bar are simply breathtaking. Excursions into the national park organised by the hotel's excursions team The Massif were fantastic. Horse riding experience in the surroundings of Rio Serrano resort is a must! The hotel spa was perfect, especially after long days of hiking. All staff were truly outstanding.

Amazing location, the perfect base to explore Torres del Paine, just outside of the park entrance. Attentive and polite staff. Great views from the room. Breakfast and dinner very good with lots of variety and fresh local ingredients. Not cheap but highly recommend!

Our stay here was fabulous! I highly, highly recommend Rio Serrano Hotel & Spa. There are spectacular views from everywhere in the hotel. All of the food was amazing, particularly the complimentary wood smoked lamb and sopapias we were surprised with one afternoon. We booked 2 excursions through The Massif: Lago Gray and Base Torres. Both were phenomenal experiences, and we were very well taken care of. Rio Serrano went above and beyond, even surprising us with a picnic after our long Base Torres hike. They don't nickel and dime guests like so many hotels do. We stayed 3 nights and didn't want to leave! It was quite honestly the best hotel experience my husband and I have had. We hope to return to Patagonia in the future, and we will definitely be staying here. Thank you so much, Rio Serrano Hotel and The Massif, for being the highlight of our Patagonian adventure!
