Such a stunning hotel with lots of good entertainment and food. The girls that did yoga, aqua swim and fitness were amazing. Thank you for an amazing trip!

Ego from the restaurant was always very helpful. The whole hotel was very friendly for families with children. Very tasty food, always ward and on time (unlimited) great drinks and everlasting sun.

This was my second time in Crete and this time I was near Chania. Awesome place! If you have a license, definitely rent a car, there are many beautiful beaches near the hotel. Be sure to visit Balos and Elafonisi. If you like active holidays, visit Samaria. The hotel is ideal for families. Water slides, swimming pool, mini club, mini disco. Whenever we had time, we joined the animation program. Every day they tried to make our stay fun and active. The food was decent, my favorite dinner was Mexican and Fish night. Also on the territory there are a lot of snack bars, you will definitely not go hungry. I did not regret the choice that we came to this hotel!

The hotel met our expectations and even exceeded them in some ways. I was amazed that, despite the fact that the hotel has been open for decades, it is nicely renovated and feels new and trendy. Our room was good for a couple, cozy, and well kept. The housekeepers were also friendly and responsive. The food at the buffet was of good quality. Throughout the whole week we never had that something was missing. The bars were cozy and pleasant, and we spent most nights there, especially by the pool. The drinks were nice, with fresh and fruity cocktails. There was a smooth flow in all departments, reflecting good training and attentive management. Combined with the politeness of the staff, this created a truly pleasant atmosphere. A special thanks goes to Mr. Canellos, who was extremely helpful with my dietary restrictions. His recommendations and follow-up made my stay much easier. If you’re wondering whether it’s worth coming here, my answer is definitely yes—it was worth every penny.

A wonderful place to relax. Smiling staff, delicious food, and clean pools. The hotel and grounds are tastefully decorated. Rooms are cleaned daily. A helpful manager also resolved a problem at the pool. Highly recommended!

Impeccable service, food and amenities. From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly by the hotel manager Andres, who upgraded our room and kindly explained the hotel facilities. Pros - Waterslides as good as a waterpark with very friendly and attentive staff. We stayed as a family of 3 (2 adults and 5 yo child) in Atlantica Ocean Beach Resort in last week of August via Jet2 Holidays. We picked a double room with side sea view as our accomodation and received room had even bit better view. I'd love to rate our stay 5 out of 5 but due to few minor things I couldn't, if 4.5/5 was available it would be my score for this hotel. I summed entire resort in few points below. Rooms and buldings: here's where improvement is needed. As a 5* you expect room to be spotless... it wasn't. Bed sheets had holes, were visably used, dust and dirt was visable in corners. Room (we had one in bungalow) had constant issue with ants, it was reported to reception but I have no knowledge if something was done. Straight after we arrived I had to kill 50-60 ants in tv area, it happened again in following days, we were leaving no fresh food in the room to attract ants. Another thing was fact that floor wasn't cleaned/swept, same in shower area. We tried to clean it ourselves not to feel sand/dirt under feet anytime we were in room. Regard storage space or room size I would say it's fine for 3 people but for sure not big enough for family with 2 kids. Food: Tasty in general, the choice is big especially during themed suppers (they change it every evening), our son liked it as well and he's hard to please. I saw people complaining food is lukewarm but I guess they just put 2-3 plates altogether and their last plate is not warm anymore. Grab&go place is also very good, you can get addicted to little gyros. Regard coctails they are also nice, choice is big enough. Some of them could be too sweet for some people, but hey they also make simple coctails on demand if you like straight rum & coke. Two a la carte restaurants (one is buffet to be honest) are also really nice and just book visit there right away after check-in. However the fact that water in rooms is not replenished is huge misunderstanding (as for 5* hotel!), instead you'll be ripped in hotel shop for 1.5l bottle while it costs 23 euro cents in local Lidl. It could cost them way less than 100 euro per day to give a bottle to each room so I don't really get it. Pools, beach and entertainment: Here where hotel is great. Main pool area is great with different deep, water slides are added value as long as your kid is 120cm+, there are also 2 smaller playground pools areas. Lifrguards are great, funny and looking after people really nice. Regard beach, we had red flag for 5 days due to waves but there's nothing hotel can do about mother nature. Sea is good for snorkeling and rocky beach is just few meters from hotel rooms. Entertainment team is really commited, friendly and there are a lot of activites to choose from. Kids club staff is also really friendly and our son loved to stay there few times, activities there are also much better than in most hotels. One bad thing about a pools - they are allowing people to smoke in pool areas, just right by the kids. I feel they even encourage people to do it by leaving ash trays, for me and for other people I spoke to it's just not acceptable. At the end just a few words about the staff. We hadn't met a single rude member of staff. They were always nice, willing to help or just had a chat so big efcharisto to them! I can really recommend stay in this Atlantica hotel. Hotel is not free from minor issues that I described but I would surely consider to coming back. P.S. Location of hotel is also really good. Not long drive from aiport and in really good distance of Balos, Elafonisi, Chania itself or just few wineries so rent a car and go explore!

Wow what can I say - so so grateful to all of the teams that work so hard to keep the experience of this beautiful place perfect 🫶🏻 the whole place is so clean and the food has been on point all week (grateful to the lady on the ice cream stall - she smashed it with teddys daily banana ice cream requests😆)! Entertainment crew you lot are little heroes: Livi, Hannes, Amalia, Corin, Chris, Yanina, Karolina you have all made this holiday fun fun fun for us adults as well as the pre-teen 🫶🏻 obviously helped that i got a diploma for being best runner up 🤣 If you suffer with back ache i would suggest asking for a mattress topper for the bed as they can be quite hard. Reception are very accommodating including requests for a packed lunch for excursions days which have to be ordered before 7pm the night before and are collected from the restaurant. I repeat, this holiday has been everything I could have asked for being that it is my first all inclusive holiday and we are already researching alternative locations within the same group for next year 👌🏻
