It was very close to the port we came in on so we could walk directly to the hotel and the staff was wonderful! Very kind and helpful!

Architecture and friendly staff; spacious rooms. I just wish I had had a view to the ocean because that was the attractiveness of the hotel.

I liked the old world character of the hotel and the price was excellent value. The hotel is well located near the port and the medina

It’s super old, but an amazing historic building. Right at the Médina and the ferry terminal. Seems it could easily be renovated while maintaining the history

The best hotel breakfast we have had in Morocco! The terrace cafe is a nice spot to chill out. The facility offers supplies that cover our basic needs (clean sheets, towels, soaps, and shampoo). The appliances are a bit dated but are absolutely fine (as long as you don’t expect 5-star quality).

The location of this property was excellent and it was very clean. The reception personnel was very nice and did what they said they would do. Our room was large and in fact, had more beds than we needed. There was a good shower; clean with good hot water. Internet worked well. I have given a rating of 3 only because in my opinion, the room was tastelessly remodeled. This might be a matter of just personnal opinion. The bathroom, for example, looked like it once was a closet, though it was perfectly functional and clean. This is an old hotel and it has been remodeled (in the parts I saw) apparently in the most economical way it could. Also, when we arrived, walking from the port (a 5-minute walk; no need for a taxi) it was difficult to figure out how to get up to the hotel. if you walk bew prepared for a steep hill; no problem for me. When we left, the gate at the bottom of the hill was locked, and I had to go back up the hill to get someone to open up. Also, there is no elevator in the hotel and we were on the 3rd floor (really the 4th since the reception in on floor 0). The reception area did warn us of this and might have changed the room if we complained. We arrived early and felt that we could safely leave our luggage while we toured around. When we arrived the luggage had been delivered to our room. Thanks to the hotel for this because the climb with luggage could be a little difficult. To conclude, I would return to this hotel ands thank them for their service.

Can't make any real complaints. Room came with a nice view. Bed comfortable. One or two minor niggles but nothing worrisome. Ideal location if arriving or leaving by ferry.

Great location with amazing view. If you are heading to Spain on the Ferry it is within walking distance

Location is good, just need to walk up hill for 5 Minutes.
