Very friendly and accommodating staff. The facility was old and poorly maintained, the shower leaked everywhere, the decor was bizarre and unappealing

Liked: clean, beautiful dining and breakfast area, interesting art and artifacts, unusual and interesting bazaar ...Also, man on front desk informed me that the ferry to Tarifa did not travel that day. People had to travel to Tanger Med and take the ship but FRS did honour their ticket. They had to pay and arrange transport by taxi. This information prepared me for my next day. Did not like: hard to reach hotel for taxi, lots of stairs at entrance and inside but no elevator. After asking staff, they called FRS the next morning when I was to leave and there was no ferry service that day. Beyond this, they were not helpful. I walked to the marina acros the street to find my options of how to get to Tanger Med and the ferry schedule.
