Bathrooms need a refresh

A very well managed resort. Kudos to all the staff for their undivided attention and dedication to us and all their clients. The food was well balanced though the menu can be more creative. The rooms were spacious though some of the amenities were not working well. Kudos to Jan and Berlinda for their tip top dive operations and logistics. We will be back in April 2026.

This is a beautiful resort with both a top notch full concierge dive center and spa. All of the staff is impeccably trained and attentive. The diving is beautiful though you won’t see BIG stuff here. The little stuff is amazing though! If I were pressed and HAD to find something to improve, I’d say the food is slightly bland somewhat uninspired. But, honestly, it’s quality is impeccable.

The place is beautiful and well kept. View was excellent and pools top of the line. You cant go into the ocean as you would a regular beach, but no big deal, plenty lof lounge chairs and great pools. Restaurant and all the staff also top notch. The gym is not a gym; it's a bit of a joke. My main complaint is that i rented a boat to go on for snorkeling, I have a fake knee and hip. They should have mentioned somewhere that there was a degree of difficulty getting on the boat and getting off. I couldn't go snorkeling because if it, fortunately my wife was able to so that was good. Then I found out I could have just went snorkeling without having to go on a boat. so the whole reason i went was not done. I enjoyed the pools, the views, the staff and food, but they should be forthcoming about the difficulties some might have getting on off a boat. The gym in not a gym either, it just some random small equipment

The Scuba Dive center was really good, always ready to cover what I was looking for. The restaurant service was low average, the room was full of ants and the bathroom didn't work with a water leak all the time.

Incredibly attentive staff and beautifully maintained resort. Quality of food was excellent. Pool villa was exceptional. There is construction of the new lobby that will help with the check-in process. I would suggest perhaps an option for golf cart transfer from the entrance to the rooms near the pool if possible. Also, might be an idea for the resort to hire specific pedi cab drivers as an alternative to the expensive rate charged for a car and driver. The resort was able to arrange a pedi cab for me and my partner to and from Dumaguete…great experience. I would add an option for a tour/ transfer to a good, sandy beach from the resort (different from the tour to Apo island). Food was amazing, the Bolognaise pasta tasted like the al ragu that I had…in Bologna.🤩

Had an incredible experience diving here at atmosphere resort! Was my first time diving and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in my life! All the staff were so welcoming and lovely throughout our whole stay! Want to say special thankyou to our instructor Lawe who was so kind , supportive and made the course so much fun! Also special Thank you to Jasmine , nae nae , Wes who joined and helped during our diving and made it so much fun! Thankyou to Larry and Ed who made our Philippines holiday alot of fun and introduced us to the culture and life in the Philippines! Finally thanks to GM Rae and Berlinda who was so supportive and made our holiday amazing! Hopefully I can come back soon! 🤿🐡🐠 Thanks Michael

The resort atmosphere offered us what we were looking for when we came to dive in the Philippines: spacious rooms offering luxurious comfort and beautiful privacy in a beautiful, well-maintained garden, a dive center offering some of the best service we've ever encountered (and we've dived in many countries) and incredible underwater scenery (for macro lovers), and a wonderful team dedicated to ensuring your stay goes smoothly. We were even surprised to see them anticipate our requests. The only downside was the seafood or shellfish dishes, which you always expect to see cheap in an island country, but are quite expensive. All in all, we highly recommend you to stay here. If possible, we would love to make it our second home.

The best party of my stay is definitely the attention to detail. All of the staff are smiling and are happy to help. The dive team are incredible and knowledgeable. Special shout out to Rae, Larry, Ed, Berlinda, Lor and Jaz for your time, energy and patience! I will be back! Kind regards James

Absolutely incredible resort! The staff really make this place next level - everyone is friendly and helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay. The food was phenomenal - a lot of choice and variety. The dive Centre is truly amazing - all of the staff are incredible knowledgeable, friendly, and want to help ensure you have an amazing experience. It’s an impressive operation with dozens of divers and everything is perfectly organized.
