The hotel is located in Dauin, where most resorts are found. The landscape is beautiful and gives a sense of both luxury and comfort. Since it's far from the city, it feels exclusive, peaceful, and relaxing. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with refreshing drinks. The staff were very friendly and gave us a quick tour of the place. On our first night, we tried dishes from their restaurant. The food was excellent—everything we ordered was seasoned perfectly. The restaurant staff were very attentive, and the ambiance was superb. Highly recommended for special occasions. After dinner, we returned to our room and were pleasantly surprised to find it already cleaned and made up. The bed was tidy, and the towels were neatly arranged. Impressive how they managed to do this while we were out. The next morning, we asked the staff to prepare packed breakfasts since we had an early excursion. Even though the restaurant was still closed, they prepared and delivered our meals on time. Just like dinner, the breakfast was delicious and high quality. They even included packed fruits to go with it. When we got back for our second night, we were greeted with handwritten notes and sweet treats. A really thoughtful touch. Overall, our stay at Atmosphere Resorts and Spa was amazing. The peaceful surroundings made for a restful and energizing sleep. The mattress and pillows were soft and clean. Highly recommended! We’ll definitely book again when we return to Dumaguete.

I want to highlight the Atmosphere Crew for their incredible kindness and commitment to an amazing experience for the guests. I dealt with the dive shop, reception, outings guides, spa, groundskeepers, housekeepers, maintenance crew. The attitude of the staff is so kind and accommodating. Everyone went out of their way to ensure my every need was met, from extra coffee in my room, safe and exciting diving, incredible meals and wait staff! The staff of Atmosphere truly make this resort shine! A few special shout outs, Ricky my dive master, Daniel, Zuria, and Ranelle, my tour guides, and especially Sir Ed!! Ed looked after a big group of us and made sure we were all looked after. Really appreciate this man! Walking onto the beautifully landscaped grounds of the property, you are met with clean, graceful buildings. The layout of the property is long and narrow and makes the best use of the space that it can. I hear there are a few renovations and upgrades happening in the near future! I’m sure they will be as beautiful and tasteful as the rest of the property. The Dive Shop💕 I enjoyed all of my dives here at this beautiful location. The crew at the dive shop is exceptional. They are very knowledgeable and look after you even if you are not in their group! The shop is managed wonderfully and the staff are treated very well. I write as I'm preparing to depart this excellent dive resort after a too-short stay. Our two-bedroom suite was huge, comfortable and well designed. The main living space was not air-conditioned but kept reasonably cool by ceiling fans; the two bedrooms were comfortably cooled. Bedding was superbly comfortable. The dive operation is top-notch with personal, attentive service to every need. They send a maximum of four guests per dive guide so both safety and findingviewing sea life are optimized. Also I note that they separate big-rig photographers from other divers so that we don't interfere with one another's viewing. Dive sites were vibrant with hard and soft coral and an abundance of sea life. The schedule was efficient, everyone was perfectly punctual and the staff took meticulous care of all of our gear before and after dives. The resort itself is lush, serene and beautifully maintained. The all-day dining venue was lovely, but after five or six days one might want some other options. The included breakfast was huge with plenty of choices, both nutritious and not. This is a fairly dedate place where people come to dive, enjoy a quiet drink and dinner and retire to rest for tomorrow. There is not an active bar scene, which suits me fine but might disappoint more party-oriented divers. The staff arranged for us to get a tuk-tuk into Dauin to try some other restaurants, which proved to be inexpensive and fun, with about a ten-minute voyage into town. Guests are mostly European with some Japanese and Aussies. Everyone who works here and every guest that we met speaks good English. Overall, I'd definitely rank this as a superb choice for anyone who want a dive-centered vacation in a beautiful setting.

Our second visit to Atmosphere and it was just as good the second time around. The resort hits a rare sweet spot between attentive service/ attention to detail and a truly relaxed and friendly vibe with zero stuffiness. The dive centre is super professional and organised with several boats going out each morning (special shout out to Lor for taking our teens through their advanced open water certificate), rooms are comfortable, quiet and set within beautifully landscaped gardens and the food is consistently excellent. The spa, daily yoga classes and happy hour cocktails at the beach bar were also highlights of our stay. Cannot fault Atmosphere - is a truly wonderful resort.

Unexpected but wonderful stay

It was a great 4 day vacation! The food was remarkable, each meal I was looking forward to. The staff were kind and took initiative to make sure we were comfortable. It was clean and spacious, and the vibe was elegant and chill. Beach isn’t white, but pools were superb!! Loved it!!!!

Great location, serene, staff great!

A tropical garden resort is not the first place you would expect to have an absolute fine dining experience— but the 6 course menu we had at Atmosphere Treehouse is in the top three of best meals of my life. Executive chef Jun outdid himself — not only was the presentation superb, the taste of each dish was clear and delicious. Sommelier Ed did an outstanding job pairing the wine for each course, there was a harmonious pairing of food and wine that is very hard to achieve. Overall, this experience rates 10/10 and I would highly recommend to celebrate and commemorate memorable life events to make them truly unforgettable!
