Previously stayed for 4 nights in September 2022 and both Damien and Paul recognised us. Having a dog (the hotel is dog friendly) meant we had the 5 star treatment with private dining for both dinner and breakfast with service to match. Bedroom quite large but a little austere. Look forward to visiting again if in the locality.

No air conditioning, far to hot in our room, checked out nearly 2 hours before breakfast served as just couldn't stay in the room any longer. Staff were all excellent, rooms clean and tidy and apart from lack of air conditioning would highly recommend.

"Lovely place to stay"

Friendly staff, lovely place to stay for some piece and quiet. Location was excellent for visits to Blackpool and Liverpool while we were there. Hotel is slightly dated but reflected on cost of stay. Would recommend to others and would definitely visit again

"Lovely food! "

Super stay with super food. Its only 15 mins from Preston centre where there are no nice central hotels. The food here was absolutely lovely, as was breakfast. The rooms are dated but i slept like a baby.

"Disappointed "

I was expecting a family country house experience but far from it. Decor is dated, service is up and down. Breakfast took 20 minutes
