Econo Lodge Wytheville I-77 & I-81

No hair dryer, had to request one. no iron but need it. Breakfast was missing napkins, coffee cups, hot water, ... It's an older motel but could still use a little sprucing up. Not as nice as a Super 8 down the road with same pricing.

Very convenient, good value, clean, friendly.

It's a small old building. The room I was in had recently been redone, and wasn't bad. The hotels breakfast selection was sparse, I ended up eating at the Shoney's across the street. The front desk clerk appears to also be the housekeeper, so sometimes finding an employee is difficult. Not bad for a quick stay if you don't need any frills.

Booked this hotel by its proximity to restaurants. Old hotel, seen better days. No ice machines. Tiny little cold cereal an doughnut table in a tiny little office. Entered our credit card manually. Shortly thereafter we had mysterious charges on our card and had to cancel it. Never again

One lady had to do it all. Front desk, cleaning the rooms, etc. The room was sparsely furnished, no clock, only one chair, television had no volume. Bed was clean but heater was very hot and loud, and no breakfast as advertised. Only a few minimuffins in the lobby. Would not do Econolodge again.

It was dirty, the shower did not work. The toilet did not act like it wanted to flush.

Room needs updating, poor bathroom and bed.

They didnt have our info when we checked in, there were only 2 towels in the room, we asked for hand towels and wash cloths but didn't get them until 8 PM. The TV remote didn't work properly, the floors were dirty, no throw rugs, no bath mat. The girl at the front desk did what she could to help out but could only do so much. Overall it was a bad experience.

Expedia should remove this hotel listing until totally cleaned and remodeled. Too many problems to list. Wish we would have left and went elsewhere.
