There was confusion about pay with hotels.com having taken payment and then I had to pay again at the hotel. Do check this out before you book this hotel. No air-conditioning. Clean, comfortable and free parking. Bit noisy in the morning.

Have stayed here many times and found it to maintain the service to a high standard on every visit. This was my second visit this year

Clean place,parking available. Felt there was a bit of dust in the room but will admit that I m quite allergy prone and sensitive . Garden at back that can be accessed .

It was ok - expensive for what it was but Wimbledon was on

We had such an amazing time here. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They helped us with finding great places to eat within walking distance and booked us taxis for when we needed them. The room and breakfast was lovely. The staff were so welcoming and invited us back for a cuppa after our meeting before going home. Highly recommend this hotel. And next time we're in the area we will certainly be staying here again. 5 stars, absolutely fabulous

The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. Location is conveniently close to Heathrow by an Underground station. Did not get 5 stars because the infrastructure is older, (i.e. old carpet and creaky floors). They are renovating, so this problem might be resolved soon.

Hope when anyone else goes here they are not still doing building work next to your room that went on until midnight totally unacceptable then in the morning no power and had to go to another room for a shower yet again totally unacceptable would not stay here again

Met on the carpark by a member of staff. Free glass of orange whilst checking in. Nice clean tidy room looking out onto garden. Excellent place to stay when visiting london. Only 5 mins walk from the tube station. Will definitely use again.

Close enough to walk to Twickenham Stadium. A 40 min walk. At first wasn't sure what it was going to be like but turned out to be perfect short stay place.

Extremely friendly and helpful people. Close to all amenities and Twickenham. Rooms are clean and bottles of water with tea and coffee. However, rooms are not soundproofed and very easy to hear noise from outside.
