There booked our room out so we had to find another hotel

Stayed here for a base to go to Twickenham to watch the Premier Cup Final. Good stay and personnel were very helpful and friendly.

Overall it was okay and convenient. Staff was friendly but breakfast was short and started late

Shower had black mold, but good pressure and was hot, unpleasant smell permitted everywhere. Bedding was all synthetic. Mattress lumpy. Didn't sleep very well. Staff helpful and friendly.

We needed an affordable place to stay near an underground station and not far from Heathrow.. this fit the bill. The staff are very nice and helpful and friendly, the rooms were fine, what we expected and as shown on the pictures on the website. The cooked breakfast was very good. There are a few Curry restaurants within walking distance and an off-license shop for odds and ends. Bought a day pass on the underground, travelled into London for sightseeing and then back at night to sleep and all that worked out as we planned so probably will do it again next time I travel out this way.

Very happy with everything about our stay. Slightly odd the sink outside of the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent.

Excellent standard of Bed and Breakfast. always have a good sleep and a good breakfast to start the day

Have been to the Firs lodge several times before. My stay as usual was comfortable and quiet. Very good B&B
