The staff was very kind and very helpful Quick with response. However, a check out time I was very shocked about how much extra I have to spend on top of what I have already paid for.

Theres stuff immediately across the street like washers and driers and a cafe. Other things require a bit of a walk.

I had a wonderful stay at Siripanna, the resort offered the perfect blend of tranquillity and comfort. It was beautifully quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for unwinding and escaping. The staff were absolutely fantastic, warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Every detail of the experience felt thoughtful and genuine. I’m already looking forward to returning and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

Some things were closed off like the second pool close to the S lodge building. The room was great but had small issues that the staff took care of fast. Breakfast was good every morning except the last day when the self serve eggs were gone and we had to wait for eggs to be cooked. All in all I think it's a great property for a good price to.

Dejligt rummeligt værelse og rigtig fin rengøring dagligt. Hotellet ligger i et roligt kvarter. Så skal vi du ud og opleve noget, kræver det en taxitur.

Very nice hotel, with comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. For me, the best thing about the hotel was the spa. The spa itself is beautiful, and the massages we had there were excellent. The service, both before and after, was also really excellent (refreshing drinks, and a surprise snack).
