Siripanna Villa Resort & Spa Chiang Mai -

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful authentic setting. Great food, and we had the pool all to our selves.

The hotel was recovering from a flood so you have to take that in account. Rooms are good and overall it’s a nice place to stay. However…… Do not purchase anything from the bar area with cash, they try to short change you. This happened twice once on each day. Drinks were bought for 470 and 1000 was passed over. A 20 and some coin was returned as change. When we said “hey”, they say “sorry, sorry, sorry”. The first time they didn’t even put the purchase into the computer which is a poor sign, the second day they did. Both times they tried to give us the wrong change. Once they knew that we can count Thai Baht, they stopped, but by that time we started to put everything on the room. As the management are ultimately responsible for the staff they hire, they get the 1 star for the hotel.

The staff were wonderful! It’s a heavily wooded area so definitely bring insect repellent to protect against bites.

We stayed here as part of our NatHeo tour, and were pleased with three hotel and overall experience. The rooms are nicely appointed, the staff attentive, and since we speak no Thai, it was very nice to have nearly all staff speak some (or a lot!) of English. The breakfast was nice, and buffet style when enough people at the hotel, but still able to get whatever we wanted otherwise. It is about 7-9 minutes outside of the Old Walled City, but this didn’t prove to be an issue ( we generally stay in old towns, but as this is part of an organized tour, we couldn’t). All in all, highly enjoyable stay!

Great staff service

I loved how many plants surrounded the hotel grounds it felt like it was a peaceful jungle paradise while I was there. The morning buffet was also different everyday and it was so tasty. The staff were also lovely and went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Would highly recommend if you’re going to Chiangmai but want to stay alittle further from the hustle and bustle of the inner city

Everything about it are nice!

The property has really nice decor a large area with two swimming pools and some fantastic amenities. However, it is really far from chiang mai old city and finding transportation late in night is a challenge . Also, the hotel has very limited shuttle options ( only 3 times in a day ) to take you to old city .

Hotel was great hospitality and great staff it was outside of the main things but close enough to feel in a palace
