Probably one of the most beautiful hotels ive ever been at world wide

Wonderful stay, staffs are friendly and polite. The facilities and accommodations are great. I really like the ambient of the hotel. Highly recommend.

We reserved a room with a private plunge pool, but the filter was broken so we couldn’t use it The staff was great about apologizing - they have us a 2000 baht food credit and a bottle of champagne. The property falsely advertises itself with beautiful pictures. Nothing is clean - dirty walls, dirty bath towels, dirty shower area, etc. The food is absolutely horrible, and the staff doesn’t seem to care for what you need. Horrible service. In terms of location, its an ok location to get to places - however, no tuktuks around. You have to either call a car, use the hotel service, or not go out. The Spa of the hotel seamed like the cleanest area of the hotel. However, easily one of the worst massages we have gotten. We were burnt with hot stones, and they gave us a tiny body lotion sample size to “apologize” for what they caused. We do not plan on ever coming back, nor will recommend to other people.

Quiet and beautiful in Luxury Lanna style. Was quickly upgraded when we had a problem with the bathroom. Beautiful garden view from the new room.

I really liked this place. The pics on expedia are gorgeous. However, it has not been maintained to retain its original glory. Its in old part of town, there isnt much around it. I guess that's why the hotel is not doing well.

We spent New Year’s Eve here…worst place ever. Dinner with awful food (not worth 90€), noisy band (so loud that I couldn’t speak with the people at my table), the only attraction closed at 11!!!! So we couldn’t go on the Ferris wheel with our ticket because the attraction closed before new year. Not mentioning that the staff DOES NOT SPEAK A WORD in English. It was very disappointing considering that we paid a lot of money to spend this night in what should have been a wonderful place… Rooms are dirty.

The rooms were nice, and the beds were big and comfy, so it’s a great deal if you just need somewhere to rest after activities in the city. That said, the pools weren’t usable, and the buffet was pretty average. My friends also had some mosquito issues (I didn’t, though). If you’re looking for a full-on luxury resort experience, there are probably better options for a similar price.
